I am so sorry folks, the previous thread was
deleted by accident by myself, needless to say,
I am very upset. I was ready to throw in the towel
after devoting many, many hours to this thread,
then I realized that is exactly what our detractors
and enemies would want me to do.

This thread will continue. I especially apologize to those
Chimpers that used this thread as a nigger crime database.

One arrested after man found shot to death in Toccoa

Posted August 1, 2011 at 5:55 p.m.

.TOCCOA, Ga. — One man has been arrested after another man described as a roommate was found shot dead in a mobile home park.

Stephens County Sheriff Randy Shirley identified both the victim and the man that has been arrested in the fatal shooting.

The sheriff also said, “When deputies responded down there, they observed a black male walking from one neighbor’s yard at a fast pace and (he) went into the trailer. We immediately called for back-up and we cordoned the area off and tried to talk him out. We knew he was in there. We tried to get him to come out, but he would not. We were able to get a key from his renter and we entered and found the suspect laying on the bed and found a body partially in the bedroom and (partially) in the hallway.”

These awful inhuman acts of depravity and horror by niggers just keep on coming and if anything they just keep getting worse. At what point will we become numb to these crimes and as a survival mechanism for functioning as a human in society will we cease to be revolted or shocked? At what point do we have to become inurred to these hideous crimes just to keep things in persepctive?

If niggers want to live outside Africa then at some point they must collectively take reponsibilty for themselves and stop this bullshit anti- YT excuses to cover their own shortcomings as a race.

If they don't, they must be aware in the tiniest, darkest recesses of their befuddled minds that there will come a tipping point where YT won't tolerate this shit anymore and (for their own survival as a race) have to forcibly remove them back to Apefrika. -Surely they must know this tipping point is fast approaching?

Stocking Strangler case: District Attorney says Carlton Gary’s case for DNA test in rape is weak, moot

http://media.ledger-enquirer.com/smedia/2011/08/08/22/47/FvEH8.Em.70.jpg

Authorities need not DNA-test stained clothing worn by a woman brutally beaten and raped in a 1977 assault linked to the seven Stocking Stranglings, because convicted strangler Carlton Gary’s defense attorneys can’t prove her assailant left the stains, prosecutors argue in their latest filing.

Without evidence that the man who attacked 64-year-old Gertrude Miller on Sept. 11, 1977, in her 2703 Hood St. home left semen or other bodily fluids on the clothes Miller wore to St. Francis Hospital, the test fails the legal standard for post-conviction DNA testing, prosecutors say.

Man accused of killing, dismembering girlfriend waives hearing

11:17 a.m. EDT, August 11, 2011

A Bethlehem man accused of killing his girlfriend and dismembering her body in June gave up his right to a preliminary hearing Thursday morning.

William J. Ward, 45, appeared before District Judge David J. Howells Jr. for only a few minutes to sign the paperwork that sent his case to Lehigh County Court.

From the moment sheriff's deputies brought Ward into the courtroom, sobs from the relatives of Trisha Sadler filled the courtroom. They did not wish to speak after the hearing.

Sad. Still she should have known better than to go out with a nigger. My wife is a Jap. She has some Jap girlfriends who only go out with nigger bucks. All sorts of shit has happened to them. Beaten up-guns held to their heads. 2 of them got herpes and they're all scared to take an HIV test. Turns out a few nigger bucks are married and have kids. Won't be long and a couple of them will be offed. What the attraction is is beyond me. Can't be the enlightening conversation.

Police alleged in 2003 he was paid $10,000 to fatally shoot renowned local rapper Soulja Slim, born James Tapp. Witnesses wouldn't come forward, and the case was dropped.

Some family members of a 3-year-old boy who died from a gunshot in the head view an arrest warrant issued in the case as a "lose-lose situation."

"No one knows what the exact circumstances are," said William Anderson, a spokesman for Zy'Miere Sewell's mother and her family, on Saturday. "Justice isn't blind in our community."

Late Friday, police charged Gregory Dalton, 18, of Homewood with criminal homicide, carrying a firearm without a license and recklessly endangering another person after a review of the case by the Allegheny County District Attorney's Office.

College basketball and former NBA referee Troy Raymond committed suicide in a New Orleans hotel room late last week just hours after police found his wife's body in their Houston-area home.

Police found his wife, Leslie Anderson Raymond, 41, deceased at their home in Spring, Texas, at 2:08 p.m. on Friday.

Constable Tim Holifield of Montgomery County Precinct Three told CBSSports.com that the medical examiner ruled the cause of death a homicide caused by asphyxiation due to manual strangulation.

"We're not prepared to tell you who's responsible," Holified said. "But certainly Mr. Raymond is a person of interest -- and his death brings about more questions than answers."

SOUTH BEND - DeCarlo Hockaday died on the dining room floor of a North O’Brien Street house, flat on his back from five bullets fired at close range.

Police officers responding to the scene on June 8, 2010, found Hockaday dead in a room littered with shell casings.

Two days later, Hockaday’s childhood friend, 29-year-old Trenton Jones, turned himself in at the St. Joseph County Jail. This week he is on trial for the crime - leaving his fate to a jury of 12.

Tuesday was the first day of testimony, and jurors were shown graphic images of the crime scene, where a dead Hockaday, 35, lies prone in a cramped dining room, a small table a few feet away.

Frederick Alvin Richey is set to enter a guilty plea in Multnomah County Courthouse Wednesday in a 1984 stabbing. He was charged last year with killing Frances Waites.
The killer needed reading glasses Wednesday afternoon to study paperwork to determine how long he'd spend prison. The difference between taking the deal, or risking a guilty verdict if he went to trial came down to a matter of a few years. He debated rolling the dice.

Frederick Alvin Richey muttered something, fumbling a bit with the court papers because he was in handcuffs.
